Vehicle in use dose not confirm to the provisions of motor
vehicle act and rules then the registration is suspended till the
defects are rectified. |

Vehicles used for hire or reward without a valid permit ( clandestine
operation of passengers). The registration is suspended for a maximum
period of four months. |

Unauthorised alterations in the vehicle like change of chassis
and engine without prior approval |

|
Use of mechanically unfit vehicle in a public place.

6)
|
Violation of emission norms by a vehicle. |
